PROJECT SUMMARY	The project involved the development of three number advanced teachers training colleges located at Pankshin, Yola and Okene. Each College was planned to accommodate the following facilities: School for the various department Students Accommodation (Male and Female) Sports Facilities, Senior Staff Quarters, Junior Staff Quarters Sewage Treatment Works, Water Supply, Treatment and Storage Electricity Generation Plant. The services provided by Engr. Ogunbayo and Engr. Adeoye of McAdog & Associates included the planning/The design of Electricity Generation and Distribution Systems at an estimated load of 5MVA at Distribution Voltage. Water Distribution and Sewage Systems were the other services provided. Tender documents prepared covered Technical Specifications/Bill of Materials and Quantities.

PROJECT SUMMARY	The project was a phase I Rural Electrification Scheme for 10 Towns. The services provided for each of the 10 towns included Comprehensive Town Surveys, Electrical Load Surveys, Planning and Designing of Overhead Lines Distribution Systems, and Inter-township Connection Systems. The overall scheme consisted of: 145KM of 33KV Transmission Lines 33/0415KV and 11/0.415KV Township Distribution (10 Towns) Power Stations * 2 x 500KVA 11/0.415KV * 2 x 300KVA 11/0.415KV * 4 x 500KVA 11/0.415KV Tender documents prepared covered Technical Specifications, Bill of Materials and Quantities. Other services covered were post-contract supervision services/commissioning of installations.

PROJECT SUMMARY	The Akangba Housing Scheme was planned and developed to provide a housing estate that incorporated: Housing units of single and two-storey type for A projected population of 125,000 heads Shopping Centres Health Centres Commercial Buildings like Banks etc. Infrastructures planned for the new town incorporated Road Network, Drainage Systems, Water Supply and Reticulation, Electricity Supply and Street Lighting (including traffic signals). The services were planned and designed by Engr. Ogunbayo while with Edison Group & Partners included the planning/the design of Electricity Supply and Distribution Systems, Street Lighting and traffic lights system and Telecommunications system for the overall complex.
